Your hair is supposed to be messy after an intense workout 😝 Was super full during and after this workout. Carb'd up real high before with a large breakfast. Since I've been slowly cutting I haven't had a large breakfast before training. Normally fasted cardio then a smaller to mid size breakfast with low carbs. Nice to switch it up this time to keep things exciting. Monday's over now so keep the momentum going!
