Last Memorial Day I began Deadlifting for the first time in my life and did an embarrassing 145 lbs to begin with. Today I did 10 sets at 285 lbs. Still a long way to go to get to double my bodyweight but making progress. For the Full Workout I did 10 sets of singles every minute followed by 10 X 8 pull-ups every minute for 20 minutes of strength training. I finished off this with 20 minutes of light jogging.
