On the elliptical while typing this😅 but today is the first day of my 16 week prep. Honestly, I'm stressed. With working at a gym, checking in with clients, studying for NASM, and working on a business project, it's a lot. What has helped a ton is planning out every second of my day. Having structure helps me get shit done and has helped a ton. Besides the stress, I'm ready to kill this prep!!!
