Yummy #healthy breakfast this morning... hear the sautéing of the onions, diced yellow peppers, and turkey sprinkled with basil, oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes, and even a dash of tumeric 😊 (Yep, I don't cook with salt)... then mix it in a bowl with whisked eggs... pour into a muffin tin (I use a 6-cup muffin tin) and watch it bake for about 13-minutes at 425-degrees. I love adding a few sprinkles of Parmesan cheese on my egg along with a slice of whole wheat toast.
