A lot of people just do 1 drop in an drop set thinking it's going to give them the most volume because the weight is still somewhat 'heavy' to them, next time you do a drop set try matching the drop with the amount of working sets you have done ✅ •
I did 3 working sets so on the 3rd working set I dropped the weight 3 times until failure on each drop 👌🏻💪🏼
