Made a solid PR today! Strict overhead press at 135lbs! Not too shabby for walking around at 154lbs and recovering from two back-to-back pulled groin injuries. I made a pyramid up to this so I could have probably gotten it 3-4 times! That @thedolcediet lifestyle has me recovering great and I'm feeling STRONG again!!
