I may can't do a 5k without stoping now and then but I can still make it to the Finnish line, I may can't lift a 50kg weight barbell but I can do 25kg so I'm half way there, I may can't this and I may can't that but you know what you half way there, try find the half way mark and focus on that and soon as you know it you'll be at the finishing line but even at the finishing line you keep going.
