The tranquility and clarity it provides has so many benefits, not only physically but mentally as well. •

This last week I've been walking at least once a day and I feel that if I didn't now, I would feel more anxious and more stressed. Go by yourself, or with someone and I challenge you to not take headphones and listen to your thoughts and be present in the moment. 😙
