Sometimes there just aren’t enough toys for everyone. Let a stranger “work in.” And rather than standing idly by, maximize your time and efforts with a few killer supersets. 😩Supersetting your dumbell front raise, lateral raise, reverse lunge, burpee, russian twist is a sure sign of your athletic prowess indeed.. never mind any of the other poor sods that might need a dumbbell in your 45 minute routine..😲 All good.. luckily it's #friyay 👍💪I am sure #mondaymadness will bring out some more of our well mannered members of society preparing to take on the Universe in their fitness journey.👍💪 Enjoy the weekend baaaaaby! ☺
