Big milestone for @leah_sy knocking out her first pushup and an extra one for good luck at the end of her #maxeffortupper session this week.
When we first started training together a simple kneeling box pushup was eluding Leah but since then she has dropped just over 40kg, implemented diet protocols which allow her to drop weight consistently but still enjoy her diet and life aswell as gaining some serious strength💪
These days a recurring dilemma for Leah is that her clothes become too loose soon after buying them. Not the worst complaint to have😎
