So ....I didn't die. That calls for a mid session disco. I am feeling a little sore and sorry for myself but not sore in an injury way so hurrah for that! .
Squat...still can't have too much pressure compressing the spine, seems anything over 40kg causes protests. Form is bang on ...that's something! Hooray for happy(happier) glutes. .
Leg press...160kg. Not my finest work but I will be back over 200 in time. A little pressure toward the final report but banged out a solid 3 sets. .
Glute bridges...no wieght but ok using a bench. Hurrah. Added 10kg and there was far too much pressure. Sigh. .
Deadlift. Yeah. No. Still not there. Will I ever get back to 170kg? Maybe...I remain confident haha! Hrm. .
Good thing powerlifting isn't my career otherwise I would be stuffed! 😉 .
BACK TO WORK NOW! Looking forward to this evening's sessions, you even get to laugh at my leg day walk. Everybody wins.
