Saturday night in creating space! One of my training goals this year is to improve my mobility and flexibility! One of my lifestyle goals is less stress ๐ Iv been aiming for 2 yoga classes and 1 body balance class a week in between my crossfit conditioning training! It's like the yin and yang ๐ Stretching, mobility yoga, meditation or forms of low intensity exercise often get pushed to the side. However I believe should be made a priority in everyone's training/lifestyle! Prevents injury, improves range of motion, helps with recovery and most importantly releases stress and quietens the mind! ๐ You just have to start! I'm by no means a flexy person but have been really making an effort and have noticed the changes. Learning to let go, relax and release tension (shoulders, hips) all while creating some space physically and mentally!
