Punnet of FRESH RASPBERRIES (Frozen doesn't work )
1/2 cup of dates - chopped up
1/4 cup of coconut milk
2 Tbs chia seeds - (they are a necessity as they are gelatine in texture when wet)
2 Tbs honey
THAT is LITERALLY IT !!! Blend all together - DONE 👍👍😍 This is sugar free and tastes better than any store bought sugary jams .. You will never believe it's sugar free .. TRY IT GUYS .. Unreal taste .. CHIA SEEDS .. When mixed with liquids , chia seeds are gelatine in texture and this helps make things thicken and set .. Not to mention they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and loaded with anti oxidants, protein , fibre .. To name a few .. So nutritious ❤️❤️ Have a great day.
