Drink like a fish🐠, feel like a mermaid🐬, not a whale🐋... 😄 No but really- Most people confuse hunger for being thirsty, which in turn can knock up calorie intake and cravings unnecessarily (especially important to control when on a fat loss diet). I make sure I drink a minimum of 2L a day.💧
