The first exercise is a good way to learn or improve your pull ups👆🏻 Yesterday I had the best workout in a very long time. Yoga paired with HIIT is awesome! It's just 45 minutes, but you'll sweat and you'll be exhausted and happy at the same time and you'll be sore but stronger with every time you do it.
