CURRENT FOOD DIARY 🍌🥑🍚 This is what's currently on the menu for me. Not always eaten in this exact arrangement but total food is stays the same, I eat meals in any order. - - This is around 1700 calories - C/169 P/139 F/55 - - 1️⃣ Chicken thigh, basmati rice cooked in turmeric, salad, greens & 1 boiled egg 2️⃣ Basmati rice, yoghurt & heated up blueberries 3️⃣ Chicken thigh, avocado & mashed pumpkin 4️⃣ Mandarin, banana & heated up berries 5️⃣ 2 eggs, roast potato, roast pumpkin, greens & butter 6️⃣ Banana protein, Maca & egg white smoothie. Since when do i put egg white in my smoothie 🤔 since just now lol.
