Using the A1/A2 system to utilize muscle groups from opposite ends of the body with high rep sets is one of my favourite ways to cut through unwanted fat.

These two exercises (45 degree incline bench and dumbbell deadlifts) were the start of the session which also included some interval work, pull ups, hollow holds and some fun on the battle ropes to finish off. .
