Quick lunch inbetween clients🍴 Like many others, I'm always busy working, training or on the go so having healthy food ready in the fridge to grab quickly, is a must! Love roasted butternut squash, similar taste and vitamins to sweet potato just less carbs and calories -perfect for low carb days! - Today I have it with grilled chicken breast and a big portobello mushroom (all cooked in a big batch yesterday and portioned out) + spinach, cucumber and half an avocado for healthy fats 🥑🥒🍃 What's everyone else's go-to meal?!
