57-years old and doing 40 Kg Deadlifts as if its nothing. Sure there is still room for improvement but I'm very proud of her. During our last 6 months of working out she lost 9Kg (went from 65Kg to 56Kg) and got stronger and stronger. And we keep on going ;)
