Patience When it comes to health and fitness, patience is one of the most important things to have. As we all know by now, there is no 'magic pill' when it comes to fat loss and muscle gain. What it comes down to is a balanced, portioned, whole food nutrition plan and consistent exercise. This is my client Taneill. With some guidance from me, Taneill was able to drop a ton of body fat, build lean muscle, learn new healthy habits for herself and her family, as well as develop a love for safe and effective exercise.
