Someone I follow on Facebook wrote a dissenting comment on a post written by someone he follows, a personal trainer who insists that giving clients an arm workout is a waste of time. I know that gyms are now inhabited by “Oly” lifters, but being old school, I’m there trying to look good—naked or clothed. Why go through all that work just to lift things up and drop them?
