This morning I buddied my PE Teacher from school at Ella's first @parkrunuk. Today showed me how incredible this running community really is. Hundreds of #RedwayRunners gathered to see over 100 runners graduate at their first 5ks. What an experience to be a part of and well done to all of those amazing individuals who are only just starting on their running journey! 💚 #TeamGreen #GreenArmy
