After an 8 week program with Karen Wilson I'm definitely seeing results! Coming into this program I felt like I was a pretty healthy eater and someone who works out regularly but my time with Karen took it to the next level. I better understand how to adjust my food based on my activity levels, stay consistent with my workouts and meal planning. I'm stronger, have more stamina and feel healthier all around.
