This made my day! They say it takes 21 days to make/break a habit and this proves it! From one of my challengers: Can't post a menu because I don't have one!! I'm going to enjoy this week as I just finished up with the 21 day fix! My hope is to now take a lot of my regular recipes and transform them into 21 day fix approved!! But this week, I'm going to enjoy...not too much though! The biggest thing I learned is that I wasn't eating enough fruits and veggies, and after 21 days I find myself craving them!! The biggest reward I got was a love for working out! Can't wait to keep going with workouts!! Lost 8 lbs and 7.5 inches!! Feeling great! 💪😄
