Laying on the floor, stretching my legs and wishing that this WHOLE smart water was filled with SPARK ๐๐๐ฝ๐...but I guess one serving shall do ๐๐ lol what a strange pose I am in but woooooow it feels good to stretch out tight muscles!!! ๐ช๐ฝ if you didn't know, your muscles can't actually grow to their full potential when you don't stretch them out after lifting weights & cardio, they tighten up without stretching snd can cause injury, cramps, and a much MUCH longer recovery.
