Laying on the floor, stretching my legs and wishing that this WHOLE smart water was filled with SPARK ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜œ...but I guess one serving shall do ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ˜‹ lol what a strange pose I am in but woooooow it feels good to stretch out tight muscles!!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ if you didn't know, your muscles can't actually grow to their full potential when you don't stretch them out after lifting weights & cardio, they tighten up without stretching snd can cause injury, cramps, and a much MUCH longer recovery.
