Creativity is all we have left in this endless world of information. Its hard to be genuine or different, but dont let this stop you from trying. I will call this "Dirty Zelig" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™Š 1. Kneel down to a lunge with your hand holding the kettlebell/dumbell straight toward the ceiling. 2. Put your second hand on the side of your body & pointing to the side while doing a side flexion. 3. raise yourself sideways using your lower waist as high as possible then stabilize. 3++. This is for advanced trainees!! - lift your back leg straight to the other side while using your quadriceps, gluts & shoulders as stabilizators and the downward waist first to mobilize and then stabilize yourself while getting your upper thigh as high as possible. 4. Place the back leg to position of kneeling. 5. Do a side-extension back to position. 6. Get youself up to standing using a lunge while the hand holding the weights is still pressing to ceiling, then slowly make a clean. 7. Repeat for 5-12 times each side. 8.
