💡DEADLIFT TIPS💡 Next time you're doing deadlifts try these few tips to change things up: By deadlifting in bare feet you can bring yourself closer to the bar, allowing you to bring your hips down into a more advantageous starting position. You will also maintain better contact with the floor throughout the lift, allowing for better transfer of energy, & thus more efficient movement. Keep the bar a close as possible to your body to reduce stress on the lower back. Alternate your over-under grip each set to work the muscles in your back evenly.
