Nightcap!! This deliciousness is #OatFit cinnamon oats, 120g eggwhites and 20g #pescience vanilla protein... Add some stevia, vanilla and butter extract and you have a massive bowl of #birthdaycake! Seriously. Birthday cake. ๐คI also add a little baking powder for a more cake like texture... I had left over #macros so topped with 25g banana, 12g cookie dough PB, and of course #sprankles ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ I've been making different versions of this #proteinoats every night... So many flavors and combos to experiment with! ...And probably only 2 more days with spranks until after my shows so pile them on! (Make sure to stir frequently while cooking to get the right texture... I stir after 60 sec then every 30 sec after that until done. Add same amount of water as you would for oats alone, and more as needed.
