I start off with two 45 pound weights 30 reps Then I break with ten deadlifts, add on two more 45 pound weights / 20 reps, repeat ten deadlifts, add on two 45 pound weights/ 20 reps, repeat deadlifts, add on another two 45 pound weights / 20 reps, followed by deadlifts. Then I take off two repeat 20 reps, take off two more repeat reps until I get to my last two 45 pounds weights then I do 30 reps. Deadlifts are excluded on the breakdown.
