Calling on all HIIT fanatics.... As many rounds as possible, aka AMRAP is a well known #crossfit technique. This technique is designed to get you to that fatigue state of training. There are many ways to incorporate this technique to your routine, but I chose to incorporate it as a core circuit at the end of my workout.
The workout is as follows:
you will complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes while completing 10 reps of each exercise:
Frog crunches
Heal touches
Bicycle
Hips to the heaven
Hurdle v sits
Track how many rounds you complete but do not sacrifice your technique for a better "score"! Remember there are many ways to incorporate this technique. Just set a timer from 5-20 minutes, create a set of 3-6 exercises and complete as many rounds as possible within the chosen time frame.
