@thebod_ week of testing complete ✔️ strength (squats, deadlifts, presses, etc) and basic fitness testing (wall sit, plank, handstand holds, double unders etc) are all essential if you're all about the #goals 🙌🏼 not just to work out your % for lifting but also for comparison after finishing a program!
