It can be hard to get your head around the scales !! You would imagine after dropping calories, carb cycling, increased water, increase in training volume that the scales would move.Never focus on the scales. This is the perfect scenario for me, I now know I will be completly ripped down at 89kg if not more. This time last year I ripped down at 80kg !! Persistance concuers all 😋
