Moderation is the key. I always maintain a diet following the 80% /20% rule. 80% of my diet is micronutrient dense, whole foods (what people call "healthy/clean"). The other 20% is made up of less micronutrient dense food (what people call "unhealthy).

Through tracking my macronutrients I can stay in control of the energy that goes into my body (carbs,fats and proteins) and make sure I hit the correct amounts. This "tracking" allows for the odd craving here and there without doing any damage to my body composition. Allowing the odd cravings allows me to adhere to my food plan without the blowouts associated with cheat meals or binge eating. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
