Didn't have time to get a full leg workout in, so I just squatted for my life for 30 minutes. Working sets in order were 230lbs x 3, 265lbs x 3, 295lbs x 9, followed by 5 sets of 8 at 200lbs with a pause at the bottom. The video above isn't the best quality or angle but was my 4th set of 8. Form check looked good to me 👌🏻 As long as you make your workout intense then 30 minutes is more than enough as I was dead tired by the end.
