Everyone meet Russ @russgiftedfitness and Joe @jwolfgod these two met a few weeks back when Joe called Russ and asked him if he could come train at Gifted Fitness Russ said of course so they set up a time. Well it turns out they really hit it off ended up training for 3 hours! Joe is a future para olympian and DJ. Yet another gift this fitness lifestyle can give.
