I didn't get these quite identical but here is a 4 week comparison. Super minor changes but I will take it. Left is 126.8lbs and right is 124.4lbs. Two weeks ago I started working with a personal trainer doing weights for the first time ever and I love it. In that time we also had a 4 day vacation where I ate like crap and only walked for exercise. I don't want to lose any additional weight per say because at 5'6" I think 124 is actually kinda small, but I'm excited to build muscle and fill out what little curves I have ;) #iifym #iifymgirls #4weektransformation #personaltrainer #girlswholift
