Tampering for marathon #11 begins! I logged ~48 miles last week, ~42 miles this week (including tomorrow's run), ~34 miles next week, and then ~22 miles 6 days prerace. Next step, write out a prerace nutrition "plan." I don't meal prep, but I most certainly monitor what I eat; especially, when running multiple marathons in a race cycle.
