Flow was a concept created by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi after studying happiness for over 10 years! He demonstrates what really makes us happy, successful and fulfilled and it's probably not what you think!

By definition flow, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does.

Flow is doing what you are passionate about and then going all in with what you have!
Flow is that magical place where you’re completely absorbed in what you’re doing, where time seems to pass so fast it’s like it doesn’t exist at all.
Flow is about evolving into the best possible version of you so you can do more, be more and give more.
